In layman’s terms a trust is created when you (the founder) place assets under the control of another person (the trustee) for the benefit of third parties (the beneficiaries) in accordance with the provisions of a trust deed or a will.
A beneficiary will be allowed by the trust (trustees) to enjoy the use or fruits of the assets in the trust while not having ownership of these assets.
